Manage your teams and records. You control invitations, permissions and account settings.
Ultimate includes one assistant per active team. You choose which coaching tasks they can view or manage for that team.
Invited parents and carers see information shared for their child through Player & Family. They cannot access your coaching tools.
Change or revoke assistant access in Account settings. Manage parents’ and carers’ access through Player contacts in the Companion. Removing access cannot recall downloaded copies or erase an offline phone.
Choose a team in Account settings → Export. Confirm with your password and an authenticator check to download a private ZIP copy.
Request deletion in Account settings. Confirmation locks your account immediately and cannot be cancelled. We aim to erase data from live systems within 7 days. Download any records you need first.
Keep notes about positioning, technique, decisions, effort and football progress. Only add information you are authorised to use.
Medical, injury, welfare, safeguarding, disability, emergency-contact and behavioural records belong in your club’s existing process.
