Private coach workspace

Your football team records stay in your coach account.

Your team records belong in your coach account. Sessions, attendance, teamsheets, matches and squad context live in one organised workspace for the teams you manage.

Look around with fictional players first.

Use the sample team before adding real player information.

Keep notes football-only.

Use notes for confidence, positioning, effort, decisions, technique and progress. Relevant note fields include football-only guidance and warnings.

Keep control of your records.

Export one selected team after authenticating again, manage account controls and use the account-deletion route if you decide to leave.

Clear boundaries

Use it for coaching records, not club welfare records.

Keep medical, injury, welfare, safeguarding, disability, emergency-contact and behaviour records in the systems and processes your club already uses.

Does the sample team use real children's data?

No. The sample team uses fictional information.

Can I store medical, welfare or safeguarding details?

No. Nothing in Grassroots Coach is designed to hold them, and relevant notes fields carry visible football-only warnings. Keep those records in your club's existing process.

What are player notes for?

Football development only: confidence, positioning, effort, decisions, technique and progress.
