Ultimate includes Coaching insights under Squad Analysis. Playing share compares verified minutes played with the full duration of completed matches the player was selected for. Review the season or last five matches, coach awards, captaincy and confirmed availability alongside selection history. Missing records stay unknown.
Can I store medical or welfare notes?
No. Relevant notes fields carry visible football-only warnings. Keep medical, welfare and safeguarding records in your club's existing process.
What happens to players who leave?
Archive them to remove them from the current squad while keeping their football history.
Is this for messaging parents?
No. Grassroots Coach is not a parent group-chat or club messaging service. Parent and carer access remains deliberately limited.
